Together, we’ve created a fund to help reduce the financial burden for those in need. Additionally, we donate 10% of all proceeds from our jobs to strengthen the communities we serve.

IoT-Techs offers the CCTV System Installation Grant Program, providing up to 40% subsidy on the total cost of CCTV system installations. This initiative is designed to assist both residential and commercial property owners in securing their properties. Whether for your home or business, our program makes security more affordable and accessible.

Eligibility:

Residential Properties: Homeowners, tenants (with landlord consent), and property managers.
Commercial Properties: Businesses of all sizes, excluding those involved in illegal activities.
Geographical Coverage: Available to residents and businesses in qualifying zipcode.

Grant Coverage:

Up to 40% subsidy on the total cost of installation, including:
- CCTV cameras
- NVR systems
- Data storage upgrades
- Labor and installation services
- Cat 6 outdoor cables (only option offered)

Recent Events or Issues That Qualify: If you’ve experienced or want to prevent any of the following incidents, you may qualify for the grant:

Stolen Packages: Theft of packages delivered to your property.
Car Theft or Break-ins: Vehicles stolen or damaged on your property.
Vandalism: Graffiti, property damage, or other malicious acts.
Restraining Orders: Need for extra security measures due to restraining orders.
Burglary: Past or potential break-ins.
Trespassing: Unwanted individuals accessing your property.
Loitering: Concerns about individuals lingering or causing disturbances near your property.
Assault or Attempted Assault: Physical attacks or threats of violence on or near your property.
Domestic Disturbances: Ongoing safety concerns due to domestic incidents.
Drug-Related Activity: Suspicious or illegal drug-related behavior in or around your property.
Property Disputes: Conflicts with neighbors or others involving property boundaries or access.

Program Features:

Non-Discriminatory and Inclusive: Open to applicants from all races, backgrounds, and industries, except illegal businesses.
Monthly Funding Limit: Up to $25,000 per month, awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Application Review Timeline: Applications are processed within 14-30 business days.
